Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

ENOURIA offers a free trial lesson to help students choose the appropriate course before making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

Students may request a refund within 7 days of the payment date, provided the request is submitted before completing a significant portion of the purchased course.

3. Deduction for Attended Sessions

If one or more paid lessons have already been attended, the refund amount will be calculated as follows:

  • The cost of each completed lesson will be deducted from the total amount paid.
  • Any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider may also be deducted, where applicable.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • More than 25% of the purchased course has been completed.
  • The student violates ENOURIA's Terms & Conditions.
  • The refund request is fraudulent or abusive.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior throughout all classes and communications.

Any form of harassment, abusive language, discrimination, threats, inappropriate conduct, or behavior that creates an unsafe or uncomfortable learning environment for teachers, staff, or other students may result in the immediate termination of the student's enrollment.

In such cases, ENOURIA reserves the right to cancel the student's access to its services without any refund.

5. Cancellation by ENOURIA

If ENOURIA cancels a course and cannot provide a suitable alternative, the student will receive a full refund for any unused lessons.

6. Duplicate Payments

Any duplicate or accidental payments will be fully refunded after verification.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer's bank.
